Kotfa prawn
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of prawns
 - 2 tablespoons ground cumin
 - 1 glass of milled rice
 - 5 cloves of garlic and parsley
 - 1 onion
 - salt
 - Pepper and cayenne
 
Method of Preparation:
- Peel and wash shrimp.
 - Chop them with parsley, garlic and onion.
 - Add the spices, ground rice and mix.
 - Make the dough into fingers and oiling.
 - Fry in hot oil, remove and put on paper.
 - Prepare the tomato sauce with garlic. Pour half of the "Kofta" in the sauce.
 - Serve the other half on a plate with tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
